Spicy Dipping Oil:
Mix 3 TBSP of La Spaghettata with ½ c extra virgin olive oil in a small bowl. Place this mixture in a dip serving dish and serve with the Grissini.


Pasta Course:
First, saute the whole jar of Antipasto Misto in a 12-inch saute pan for 3 minutes to heat through. Set aside. Next, cook the Fusilli Calabro Pasta for 2 minutes less than directed, according to the instructions. Reserve 1/4 c of the pasta water. Strain the pasta and add right into the sauteed mixture in your saute pan. Add the reserved water and cook for 2 minutes. Add 1 TBSP of Peperoncino Tritato (More if you love spicy food) to this mixture. Top with parmigianno reggiano or grana pedano cheese. This can be served hot or even at room temperature. Now just sit down and enjoy your Calabrian meal!
