Eggplant Bruschetta Ingredients:
1 Jar of Fresh Eggplants in Olive Oil (Melanzane)
1 Loaf of Italian Bread
Directions:
Slice whole loaf of Italian bread in half lengthwise. Toast or grill bread until crispy. Using a fork, spread the whole jar of eggplant on each side of the bread. Cut into small pieces to serve. This easy, tasty, appetizer is sure to please.
